Hi, I decided to work out the

..flute part on Stairway To Heaven

..by Led

Zeppelin on keyboard as I could

..not find it on the net anywhere,

..and

it sounds great when you play it

..as backing with guitar! I think

..this

sounds about right if you think

..its wrong send me a mail.

The notes are: (im afraid you will

..have to work out some timing!)

Each dash represents one beat so

..four dashes is a bar etc etc.

1.) (starts after the guitar intro) E----C----A----DEE

2.) then.... E--F#--AGFE EE--G--GAA

3.) then (fast!)....E-AGGF#ED-A-B-C-CDE--D--GAA (finishes at 52

seconds and then Plant starts

..singing)

And those three sequences are

..repeated in various orders

..throughout

the acoustic guitar part of the

..song more or less, but you can

..work

out what order and where by ear! I

..have no idea if you can play

..those

notes on like a proper flute or

..not but it sounds good on a

..flute

type sound on a keyboard!
